The double room with two double beds provided a comfortable stay, enhanced by a powerful hair dryer and impeccable shower. Room service breakfast caused billing issues due to miscommunication at the front desk. Housekeeping displayed noticeable improvements, making the property cleaner than previous stays. Overall, a welcoming experience with friendly staff made it feel like home.

The towels provided felt rather rough, a small detail that could be improved for overall comfort. Also, during my stay, I encountered a disruption in pool access due to an unfortunate incident, which cut our time short—a frustrating experience even though it's beyond the hotel's control. Noise levels might be an issue too. I overheard sounds from adjacent rooms, which could disturb light sleepers.

Yo, the gyudon spot we hit was off the charts! Craving bowl after bowl—so good! Plus, the breakfast served up by the hotel was top-notch, that room service life is where it's at. And gotta say, the shower had a great pressure, really hits the spot after a day of exploring.
Now, they did drop the ball when it came to our reservation—canceled it without a heads up.
